Scientific Enews International Events & Sponsorships
Introduction
Scientific Enews International events and sponsorships are managed by its own group including experienced developers and coordinators of legal events. These events alongside with other events that Scientific Enews Organizes are collectively are on the whole named as (“Scientific Enews Events”).
Definitions of Terms
Support/Exhibitor
Individual/organization by whom a booking/sponsorship has been held and confirmed by the Organizer.
Course Material
Manuals, notes, and supporting material provided on the installment of Registration Fee.
Credit Voucher
Coupon valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issue in case of cancellation.
Substitution
Authorizing another individual to attend the conference for their sake, in agreement with the Organizer.
Payment Terms
The Registration charge inclusive of all expenses will be paid by Participants to Organizer prior to each Scientific Enews Event. Registrations received two weeks prior to the date of the Conference must be covered forthright.

Letter of Invitation & Visa
To receive a letter of invitation, people must first register for the event and then request a Visa Letter via email to contact@scientificenews.com.
Details required for invitation:
Important: Scientific Enews is not responsible for contacting embassies directly. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to handle visa requirements.
Refund & Cancellation

Note: E-Poster payments and failed visa applications are not eligible for refunds.
Access & Conduct
Only Participants or their authorized representatives shall be entitled to attend the Event. The conference is open to business professionals only. Photo ID and business cards are mandatory for entry.
Inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate exclusion without refund.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
